Return or exchange an item – our 100% money back guarantee If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 30 days of receipt (terms and conditions apply).
Due to the obvious health and hygiene implications with adult goods. For the goods to be returned if they are not faulty, the following terms have to be met.
- The goods must be unused.
- The goods must be returned in original condition & packaging.
- Goods that are not heat sealed in the box are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Items supplied in sealed packaging that has been opened are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- The goods must be received back within 30 days from the day your customer received their order.
- Any discrepancies or damaged items need to be reported within 36 hours of being delivered. If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods.
Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.
Please note: Goods will only be accepted for return if they are dispatched within 30 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
All items that are returned as faulty MUST be thoroughly cleaned before returning. For reasons of hygiene, any item returned in a dirty condition will not be checked and the returned item will be refused. Postage costs will apply to return it back to your customer.
Warranties should be obtain from brand or manufacturer.
Any products that are returned to us and are not faulty and do not meet the returns policy will be held for 30 days. After 30 days if we have not had a response from you, the item will be destroyed, no refund will be given.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.Please email us for a returns address as the warehouse maybe different.
If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods.

All products are shipped discreetly in a brown box or white envelope with absolutely no indication as to the contents.
We subsidise all the UK delivery charges, so you pay less than what it is costing to dispatch goods.
Goods that are in stock are dispatched within one working day Monday to Friday. If for any reason we are out of stock, we would expect to dispatch the goods in about 7 days.
If there is a manufacturing delay with any products, you will be notified by email as soon as we are aware.
*Cut off for overnight delivery choices is 1pm, if we can we will dispatch up until 4pm when parcels are collected.
We use Royal Mail, EVRI and DPD courier for postage handlers. If free delivery we will chose the fastest service.
